Compliance Data Systems, Inc. is a vertically integrated software company that designs, develops, vends and supports software applications employing our subject matter expertise: Medicaid, Social Security Act entitlements and local hospital indigent programs.

Compliance Data Systems, Inc. has two automated systems: Third Party Assistance Software System (T-PASS) and Disability Assistance (DA). T-PASS is a fully automated integrated eligibility determination system that evaluates applicants for Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program, grant, and local programs. DA is a case management system that manages SSI beginning with screening of applicants through the certification process as well as denied cases through the appeals process up to the hearing level.
